Coach Basham has came to our indoor facility for the last 5-6 yrs during winter workouts and has put on hitting instruction for our entire team. Last year we were 17u and he has coached some of them in the off-season since 12u-13u. Several of these guys have moved on to play college ball now, several others have committed to play in college and more are still expected to sign commitments soon. Our son loves working with Ryan. Ryan is quickly able to diagnose poor techniques that limit his hitting potential. We have seen immediate results, but when correcting bad habits it takes a consistent routine. Not only did we see improved batting, but our son's confidence increased tremendously after his lessons which likely contributed to his improved performance.
